Interview and evaluate clients to determine their needs and provide quality workforce services. Explain program requirements and answer questions from claimants and employers.
Working knowledge of interviewing techniques. Knowledge of regulatory/statutory provisions to specific circumstances. Compile and keep personnel records of temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire employees. Interview and record data for each employee, such as address, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on ability, and date of and reason for termination. Compile and type reports from employment records. File employment records. Search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons. Assist in the preparation of the weekly payroll report for 100+ temporary workers.
