Licensed to practice law in the US (NY State) and the UK, I have been a corporate lawyer for over 10 years, working in New York, London, Paris and Beijing.
From 2002-2006, I was the General Counsel for a small company in Paris; I also incorporated them in the state of Delaware in the United States. I drafted contracts in areas including intellectual property, competition law, licensing agreements, international contracting, data protection, general consumer and e-commerce law, as well as general contract law and the management of litigation.
Before 2002, I worked at a sports and entertainment agency, as well as a telecommunications company, both based in London. I started my career at Shearman & Sterling, an international law firm based in New York. I began my career with them in New York and was subsequently transferred to the London office. I worked on predominantly securities law issues at the law firm.
